The passing of time can be unkind to the building envelope. This is for many reasons: errors in EWI installation or low quality of the materials used contribute to the necessity of building renovation; on the other hand, changing regulations require that theperformance of walls should be increased. Another problem may be residue and efflorescence that grow on the façade - mould, fungi or algae.
Our complex repair programme BOLIX RENOVATION addresses all these issues. It has been formulated to remove organic growth and dirt or grime from the surface and to seal off, strengthen and protect render coating to ensure reduced absorption as well as to prevent algae re-growth and to increase thermal insulation performance by retrofitting or upgrading the existing insulation.
The performance of BOLIX RETROFIT is confirmed by the tests carried out by the Building Research Institute (ITB).
